ExperienceAs a tutor, I believe in working with my students to create a strong work ethic, and also change the approach they take in viewing their problems. I show them how to solve problems efficiently, which is crucial for standardized tests. I like to use a lot of practice problems, because I find these instill repetition and make the student feel comfortable with the subject at hand.I tutor students in many different types of Math and Science subjects, as well as test prep. I feel that, with my background and knowledge, I am able to work with students through various techniques to solve problems.I tutor students in Algebra 1-4, Calculus 1-3, Geometry, Elementary and Middle School Math, Precalculus, Trigonometry, Chemistry, Physics, American History, Computer Science, Competition Math, Multivariable Calculus, Arithmetic, Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering, Pre-Algebra, and test prep in the ACT, SAT, CAHSEE, and CAHSEE ELA. I am a student of the University of California, Berkeley, where I am earning my degree in Chemical Engineering. When I'm not tutoring, I love to produce music. I also do coding and work in a biofuels research facility.
